The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a 100% fee. Changes: Any changes to the event must be communicated at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee all requests. Liability: Srujan Event Management Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event. Third-Party Services: We may engage third-party vendors. We are not responsible for their actions or services. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. Intellectual Property: All content created by Srujan Event Management Company remains our property unless otherwise agreed.
